The Golden Catfish
The Kalahari Desert has a secret
Whispered upon Dragon's Breath
With an ear to the cave
tightly lipped
You can hear it
Rising on vapour
Mouthed by a sea of imperceptible depth
The treasure of fossil water
Where Gaia's gold fish are kept

Catfish Poetry Contest
N/A
I thought FOR SURE I had a winner with this one. Sponsor said look it up.
Turns out, not I, nor my search engine, had a clue what Catfish meant.
The N/A sting, with a dose of 'old' feeling.
