The Girl of His Dream

He tried his best to make her happy
But her eyes were searching for gold
She was looking for that Sugar Daddy
That had a massive bank roll
She left him broken hearted one day
As that stranger rolled into town
Here was her chance at riches untold
And it looked like a sure touch down
The two were wed inside of a month
As her ex just sucked up his loss
Maybe one day he’ll find true love
And not another double cross
He found a simple girl of sorts
But her love was his alone
She worshipped where he placed his foot
And sat him upon a throne
His needs were met with open arms
Their lives were enriched every day
Instead of getting dust in his face
He was now on that super highway
As for the progress of his used to be
Well, she’s not what she seems
She’s always drunk and screws around
And her mouth’s filled with blasphemes
A few months later in this episode
The rich man ditched this broad
He’d finally seen through her at last
Her cheating, her flaunting, her fraud
But as for those other two lovers
Well, life is still a bubbling stream
Hand in hand after all those years
Yep, love is really what it seems
So if you run across these two
Don’t worry if their eyes are full of glee
For this my friends is my story
Of that girl of my dreams and me
