The Girl At the Window

I saw her standing Wiping dirt on the windowpane My heart was throbbing And my soul was in pain For she tries to reach the beam Not minding the toll Like she tries to reach her dream Not minding if she will fall If wiping could undo the past So the pain does not last I'll let her undo my pain Like wiping dirt on the windowpane If only future can meet the past And they can get even I'll let the charm that she has Be the anchor of my dream
