The Gift That I Give You

The gift that I give you
Are all those silent hours
Collecting all your thoughts
And closing all those fears

The gift that I give you
Is the moonbeam in grey skies
To fill those cracks with silver
And mend those broken ties

The gift that I give you
A tender white blossom so pure
Swaying in the silent breeze
Eyes close to an unspoken ease

The gift that I give you
Tenderly, as the light I spread at dawn
Engulfs you in it’s warm arms
And awakens you in calm
