The Game

Feels like a game
This love thing
A single player first time
around
We become the controller
Matching up to find another
Multiplayer games we are after
Our body the system in which
the game is placed
But nobody ever really wins
The game just gets smashed
And scratched
And lost
And forgotten
As the controllers
Buttons will be pressed
Getting tossed around in the
emotions
Our system gets beat up
Broken
Or sold to another player
The cycle continues
Or for some
No more lives
Don't want to try again
The game is over
Eject
