The Gamble

Would you take this Gamble? Perhaps you have, unbeknownst, Lured by the Aces and the chance. Dealt a bag of nails, Impossible to bluff, A hard life awaits you now. You could be a king, a living God, Love may even find you. Not dissuaded by a sufferer’s fate, You roll these heavy dice. And how did they land? Luckily most get another chance, Once they have seen their hand, But only if they know they are playing.
