The Future Is Now

Long gone, those thoughts,
of future desires.
Time consumes each day,
on health requires.
Life watches, as father time,
demands payment.
Eyes become focused hinder,
at my claimant.
I look at issues and ponder,
what and how?
Knowing deep within, for me,
my future is now.
