The Fruit of Life

The Fruit of Life He plants the seed to watch us grow, As the child develops and seeks to know. Journeys of existence, Earth of enlightenment, Some ways are misleading in avenues of enticement. For the soul to achieve life, reaching abundant fruition, Righteousness must be kept through the entire mission. Though struggle and burden can be heavy along the way, With anguish and suffering painful to bear on many a day. Just keep love in your heart, fear only of God's wrath, To guide you through easily fearing no evil on the path. For when in full bloom to let knowledge unfold, We find why we're here as the Bible foretold. Florence McMillian (Flo)
