The Four Noble Truths

The four noble truths speak of suffering; recognition and elimination, that joyously upon earth, heart may spring, watchful of both desire and aversion. The path requires unbroken awareness, moment to moment, all moments entwined, until consciousness melds with That oneness, whereupon truth of our soul is divined. Yet awareness without love is barren, so distil attention for a pure heart, cessation therein, chosen environ, witnessing erst ego cravings depart. Vaporised presence shines as love and light Bliss in permanence then thus day and night 18-February-2022
