The Forgotten Valentine

One hour left on this valentine's day
He can't forget, there is no way
Just one gesture, a card, a rose, or maybe some bling
I must remain calm, but I want to scream
I'm starring at my phone
Waiting to hear it ring
Five minutes to twelve, time for bed
Lord, is that the doorbell, or is it just in my head?
