The Flying Lessons

The Flying Lessons

By Elton Camp

Joe decided that he wanted to learn to fly
To pilot an airplane right up into the sky

At the edge of town, was a flying school
To earn his pilot’s license made him drool

So he jumped into his car and drove out
What he saw gave him reason to doubt

The remains of a plane caught in a tree
Caused him to turn around and flee
