The First of Someday
Soft music on the radio
Slow dancing, hold you close
Bodies move in rhythm
My dear do you suppose
That right now I can kiss you?
I'm caught up in the sway
Would you receive my lips on yours
And not push me away?
I've waited for this moment
It's finally here...someday
Near you I'm rendered speechless
I have no words to say
But words no more require
Our living poem, love
Now we can build that fire
We 've both been dreaming of
