The Fires Yet Burn

     Our Holy Temples still burn
for we Jews have not learned
     the lessons of the past
        We just repeat them

We speak ill of our brothers
        show anger to others
And for not spreading love all around
flames of the past yet rise from the ground

destroyed. It within our power to douse
the flames, by changing our ill-advised
       ways...

Commemorating the sorrows of the Diaspora. Your sage words should be spread far and wide across the globe to remind us that we either live together in peace or continue to turn upon one another with ill will. Blessings. I am faving this gem, GW.
