The Fire's Truth

Some things are born to burn bright,
To dance in flames, to kiss the night.
They do not fade, they do not ash,
Their spirit's flame will ever last.

Not all ends in quiet dust,
Some leave behind a sacred trust.
For some things can only burn,
Their fierce desire will always yearn.

Wow ! Very powerful imagery, Shomal. ThkU for posting. I enjoyed the last line of each verse. Felt the personification of Fire. Blessings from South Africa to Fiji, Ghairo.x
