The Fire and the Flame

The Fire & The Flame

                                    Intoxicated mind, head mind games,
here is the theme in inebriated shame.
                                    Panicking, restless, exotic little lame,
Art Decos in silent echoes take the blame.

Thoughtless printed portrait, brown leather frame,
                               Uncontrollable turmoil captured trained tame.
Then misery struck and all of evil took its aim,
all that's left my nemisis is not the fire just its flame.

Brian, well expressed. The rhyme has a flow that gives the poem a straight read. Thoughtless printed portrait, I like the hint of alliteration on that line. ;) Happy Valentines to you..... XOX ~Love LINDA~
