The Feathers of Love

The feathers of love

they say that
february is the month of love
and it is pretty lovely
to know
that
its color is starting
to paint the serenity
and
its feathers are flapping
the beauty

we all carry
such feathers
the feathers of love
gentle
subtle

if only
we would perch
the feathers of love
on this lovely world
and let them
paint
and
blossom
it would be
endless sunrise
and
timeless sunset

and i confess
that
nothing is more elegant
to see one
is touched by
at least
a piece
or
buried ourselves
amidst
the feathers of love

Interesting take on love here. Love can be like a feather - lightly landing on the heart. Peace & Love Matthew Anish

A soft colorful petal blooming along with other petals remains buried like in the flower itself. Beautiful thoughts, my lovely sis. Loved always, bl
