The Farmer's Market

The merchants rise
In the early morn
Preparing their wares
Then setting prices

The people enter
Looks around them
Selecting their choices
Before their purchases

Snack bar refreshments
To refresh themselves
Then begin again
For lots of bargins

Tired merchant
Soon ready to pack
Anxious to be home
To count their cash

Hi Darlene! I can picture this market so easily. I used to sell my art at a Farmers Market. My only suggestion, which I hope you don't mind is: change the word "merchandise" to "merchants". Then it will make more sense.

Thank you Carole I will change the word. My husband sold chocolates at the farmer's market. We did Christmas, and Easter. Our chocolates always sold out.Did you do well selling your art work? Have a nice day my friend.
