The Evil Place I Remember

Evil spit its ugly face into this place.
Lighting was less than tolerable.
A feeling of ominousness paraded into my heart instantly
I don’t like it here, I whispered to my companion.
But she was gone.
Who knows what took her?
I never found out
And this was October 14th, 1975.
I have never returned.
