The Euthanized Pet

a sanitized death
no blood guts pain even sweat
            that’s life said the vet
       shaking his head with regret
poor dog wagged his tail ~ we wept

Each pet has an individual personality. My sister has had two shih tzus. One acted like a lifetime bachelor even snubbing his own tshih tzus. The current one doesn’t like to snuggle but loves to play with man and beast. In fact he has a fur friend coming over today. Enjoy your current furbaby! <3

Thanks Kim, it was a sad occasion, but have a new mutt now, drives us nuts but we love him anyway, cheers David
