The Essence of Sprimg
Refreshing, Spring.
As it kisses my flowing hair.
I rock, in gratitude, on the welcoming red chair.
Ah~ the sweet joys it does bring!
All neighborhood cats really love it.
Mysteries to their nose.
Whiffing each lovely rose
Deep pink and almost lit!
It brings me back to girlish days.
When in the birdbath, I loved to splash!
Spring seems to leave in a flash.
Love you Spring and all the blessed joys you bring!
To ride through your air, on swings is so mellow.
The blue sky so very dear.
I attempt to kiss your invisible ear.
This day, your enchanting arms, divinely soft and mellow.
