The Escape

Lets escape tonight
Into the country out wild
Where grass glistens in the moon light
And birds take to flight in the star light

Lets escape tonight
Where the summer rains warm
And the winter breeze cools

Lets escape tonight
Where apples brighten
And strawberries ripen

Lets escape tonight
Where children play everyday
And grown ups stay in everyway

Lets escape tonight
Where slowly and silently the sun rises
And the day blooms into a beautiful surprise
