The End of the Beginning
When you stop and think
When you feel all is lost
and couldn’t get much worse
Go back
To what you had
In the beginning
Of trees, Faeries and magic
The chapters
The verse
It is always with you
Some days harder to find
To unlock the secrets
Of love
Of imagination
From your mind
So much you have
and learnt
From the wise ways
To battles won
Of castles
Spires touching the sky
Forests of green
So much you have
So much you have seen
Take with you too
All of these things
These writings
Are merely, the reflection
Of you
I leave you now
With chapters and verse
Of stars and destinies
That the paths you travel
You are never alone
For, in your heart
You carry the Heartstone
