The End

The earth keeps spinning
Even as my world is ending
I breathe in and out
Listening to every word you shout
I question every moment that's happened
Thinking of each second of the past few years
Memories I have held so dear
Was it all lies?
Was it just pretend for you?
All the dreams of the future gone just like that
Never to be, just a fantasy
As you speak
I can feel my heart crack
I beg you to take it all back
But you just keep spilling out more of your betrayal

So sad Amber. You expressed it well in this writing. May there be healing for you.
