The Elixir of Life

From dark walls springs
Ball of fire,illuminating
The deeper parts to
uttermost parts.
Like the rising sun, re-
kindles hope.
  Radiates afar off-from
the heart's horizon.
A wellspring from a brook-
the soul nourishes.
Sheathing sword of aging
Unravels secrets of
longetivity.
   The elixir of life,dew
that quenches thirsty
souls.
A magnetic and
contagious force repelling
sadness from despaired
minds.
Can't be bought,bribed
or stolen.
If you need the elixir of
life,learn from MONALISA!

Interesting work about a painting..I saw on a TV special how that the Monalisa is actually the male artist's portrait made to look like a woman..Of course, I did not know whether to believe that or not..I can understand the sly smile if that is the case..Ha!! Ha!! Thanks for stopping by.Sara

I'm marveling at this piece's form. Its subject-matter, the way it flows and ends are compelling."
