The Elf
'd love to catch that little elf,
the one that hides the shoes,
the one that draws on all
my walls,
but he never leaves me clues.
He must be clever to stay
out of sight,
and to wreck your room like that,
he must have to stay up all night.
To think i've blamed yous
when things have been broken or lost,
when your new things have been stamped on..
whatever the cost.
I should have known better!
my greatful kids wouldn't lie,
we all have to find him,
we all have to try.
I'm starting to get angry,
i will blow a fuse.
You's no the elf i'm looking for,
It's the one yous blame
when it was none of yous.
