The earth and sky
The sunbeams break through the canopy high,Through a grand old oak, beneath a blue sky.Its branches, like arms, hold a silent prayer,
As warmth and light fill the quiet air. The beauty is mirrored, a sight so true,Like God’s own light, shining down on you.High above the leaves, on a steady breeze,A eagle rises with effortless ease.
It soars on wings of silver and black,With a vast, bright world along its track.Nature whispers a story of grace,And fills with peace this wonderful place.
At the Foot of the tall oak tree, moss coverts the earth floor like a blanket, soft like the clouds in the sky, chipmunks, squirrels, rabbits, squirreling about seeking food, pine cones, sure to to be a delight.
As the lone eagle soars high above, below it seas rolling hills full of wild flowers a rainbow of colors, honey bees sucking up their nectur to spread all around.
The suns rays cascading all around, baptizing all who are seeking its delight below, Gods HOLY Spirit filling everyone’s souls with light of Faith and Hope.
