The Eagles

There is hope and optimism before the season. The play of the Eagles is the reason. It’s only pre-season and the real games haven’t begun. However, the boys in green a silver look like number one. They have gone the first three games routing the opposition. They appear to be a team headed for the top position. A Super Bowl berth is where each team aims. The Eagles have a grueling schedule of sixteen games. Luck isn’t everything, but keep your fingers crossed. Let’s gun for wins and very few games lost.

A great poem, Robert. I will keep my fingers crossed for you! The Eagles were my dad's favorite team. He lovingly called them the "Beagles". I'm not sure why, but he was always silly like that. The Dolphins are my hometeam but I still cheer for the Eagles. (The Phillies, too.) Love and Blessings, Rhonda
