The Dynamic Duo

Experience and innocence join hands, enabling us to tread through shifting sands and not be jaded by life’s hard demands. These strong allies, when thoroughly entwined, can make us wise; thus, as we’re being kind, we won’t to mankind’s darker side be blind. As innocence may cause a hurtful fall, experience, in time, dilutes the gall, preparing us to once again stand tall. April 10, 2022 entered in Brian Strand's Premiere Choice Contest

Nice to have a blend like you've described: The wet-around-the-ears 'rookie' working lapping up the wisdom of the 'gnarled, grizzled' veteran. ~ Melodramatic Poet
