The Duality of Day and Night
Daylight with,
its gifts so bright,
brings clarity
to my mind.
Nights darkened caress,
with moonlit breast,
is a
catalyst
igniting dream-fires.
Daylight sings
of lovely things;
sights and senses,
are entrancing delights.
Nighttimes chorals,
singing florals
to sleep by,
firefly
nightlights.
Daydreams bring
invented schemes,
to my wandering
mind.
Night dreams
stream,
dancing swing,
to music of the night.
All-in-all,
the day and night,
duality’s balance brings.
The yin/yang
of life’s tang’s
a joyous reality.
