The Drunkard’s Loss Dr. James E. Martin ©August, 2013 “I don’ts got no money”, The hillbilly said. “If I hads some money, I’d be elsewhere instead.” A question arose About the loss of his dough. “I should have adhered To drinking more slow!” He finally came around, And discovered anew, He should never be found, With that drunken crew.

Drink they say but drink in moderation. Is there such a term as moderation? Good to know that that guy came to his senses. Good moral lesson in this piece.
