The Dreams Faded

The dreams faded,
The soul faded.
I remained—
Without my remains.

Fragments of hope scattered
in the winds,
once sturdy pillars of belief,
now crumbling into whispers.

I reached for shadows,
only to find darkness.
What echoes of me still linger,
unanswered questions—
a hollow ache, a quiet unrest.

The dreams faded,
the soul faded—
left me walking
among the ashes
of who I thought I was.
