The Door - Contest

It had been locked
for longer than I want to remember
Firmly locked no spy hole
No keyhole
Nothing
to give away its secrets.

I had forgotten about it
It was designed so that it wasn't like a door
Just part of the wall.
'Til that day,
I decided to renovate the upstairs hall

Walls looked like they had seen better days
A few faded scuff marks, where,
Friends children used to play
White paint had a definite yellow tinge
Needed freshening up to look good

Whilst washing the walls
I remembered the room
My face went pale, felt sure to swoon
With trembling hands
I found the secret lock and

Then I opened That door
What a dreadful shock
Was full of what I had been
A slinky size 10 when life was a dream
My other self lived within
I cried for my self esteem

The flimsy lingerie were fun
Not a lot to be fair
Elegant blouses
Might as well
 Not be there.
So sheer , So voluptuous
The clothes I once wore

Where is the body gone
That is what I want to know
Boobs gone south
Belly to put a belly dancer to shame
The only thing stayed
the same
Is my name
