The Diary of a Mad Woman

I found a diary
It was covered in dust
Webs spun around it
Reading it was a must

A treasure is what
It had to be
A Diary Of a Mad Woman
Is all I could see

I brushed off the layers
Gently placed it on a table
Hoping for story
Not just a fable

It was the most exciting
Moment I have ever had
But when I turned through the pages
All they said is...

I'm mad
I'm mad
I'm mad
I'm mad
