The Devil and Me

The Devil he came and visited
He said Girl I want your Soul
I was so damn mad everything I had
Was going down the hole

So I went back to the Devil
I said Sir now you listen to me
I'm so damn mad and your so bad
I'm not going to hell with thee

He laughed and said you have no choice
You signed that thing in blood
I looked like a fool as he started to drool
I was drowning in the mud

Then I looked again with relief
Hey Devil that aint my sign
I didn't have your contract
That blood you got aint mine

So we danced a merry dance
Oh that devil he said with glee
Ok your off the hook this time
But I'll be back again you'll see
