The Determination and the Sway
Oh, I could watch this all day.
The determination and the sway.
The purple of flower and buzz of bee.
This is a sight that satisfies me.
As it lands and takes hold
Proboscis extended into the lilac mold.
And then it finds another flower
Parallel dances in the breeze.
Amazing to see, nature’s little majesty.
Oh, I could sit here in the sun.
Spend hours watching each and everyone
Little bundles of life’s energy.
Collecting pollen to make honey.
A joy to behold, a treat to see.
Lavender being caressed by little bees.
