The Definition of Beauty

BEAUTY
Is the girl wearing braids in her hair
BEAUTY
Is the  young lady with an afro
BEAUTY
Is the woman wearing dreadlocks
BEAUTY
Is what we are
The women of the future
Defining Beauty as we are
It doesn't matter upon our dark skin
It matters upon our confidence within
I am BEAUTY
And so is every independent young lady and child
I define my sense of BEAUTY
BEAUTY doesn't define me
