The Death of a Man

He twisted then turned Writhing in internal pain As he hopes for the immortal gain Seeking to relieve him Of this wretched state He sighs As he forced a smile Walking on rocks He even forced a truck Just with the hope To find a lost will He is there to all But within he is long gone Only waiting for the right time To be laid down For we all know the song That a man is long gone When his hope is lost.
