The Day I Knew Yes

"Faith is the Yes of the heart, a conviction on which one stakes ones life" Martin Luther

the day I knew yes
a vision of harmony
light in the darkness

from a life of stress
you set me free
the day I knew yes

with eyes you caress
the shadows begin to flee
light in the darkness

from shores of loneliness
rescued from the sea
the day I knew yes

raised up from something less
you are the all I see
light in the darkness

and so you I bless
as I walk with destiny
the day I knew yes
light in the darkness
