The Day Before Yesterday Ruined Tomorrow

Tears trickle at a slow pace down cheeks that are mildly contracting;
Searching the deepest depths of pride for answers.

Yesterday was Easter Sunday.
The day before yesterday ruined tomorrow.

Today...
Tomorrow...

It's going to take more time than that,

To fix...
To mend...
To repair...

Everything.

Good intentions oozing of the persona—

Actions speak
Words act?

The day before yesterday ruined tomorrow.
A positive attitude that has always been holding off insanity.

Only if...
Only if I allow—
Only if I allow you, how?

Who is this I...?

I ruined;

Everything.

The day before yesterday ruined tomorrow.

Who is the day before yesterday?
Who am I?

The day before yesterday,
I ruined tomorrow.

You are...
I am...

The day before yesterday that ruined tomorrow.
