The Darkness of a Soul

The Darkness of a Soul

A soul lives a bright life, perhaps it is aching for life
He works, reads the Bible, goes to church and lives
He gets home from work after midnight, stays out late
His nightlife begins, and he writes poems; a demon lives in him

He loves his night, hates the day; the mirror wants light
He loves to roam, but he doesn't do it anymore, sometimes
He works in a place of hospitality, his life is good there
What will be the end? His future is his torment. He knows

Yes, there is a lot of fear in him, much, a lot
Lot, he sees a future, he is no longer human
He goes there, he would have been there…
…a long time ago, there could be a desire…
He can't go, his death can lead him to a new life
