The Dark Tunnel

Today, a sparrow will take flight,
While the day melts the sunlight,
Into the night’s stary moonlight.

Nocturnal daydreaming,
Can relive the strife.
And with some introspection,
Wrong things can be made right.

So, continue to look for the bright,
Or one may never escape,
The dark tunnel of day-to-day’s life.

I have had a habit for as long as I can remember of recalling the details of the day logically at night, being a very emotional person. Recently, I have stopped. I'm not sure why, except I may have forgotten who I am. I may be looking in the wrong places or possibly seeking the wrong answers.
