The Dark
The noose tightens,
As i just sit here losing my mind;
Watching myself rot and decay
Watching as i run out of time.
No pride left inside,
No motivation to take a firm stand;
All this losing has crippled my soul,
I just dont know who i really am.
The cold coffin subtilly beckons,
Whispering lies of some moment of fame;
Calling me to dance with the eternal darkness,
Where even god forever blots out my name.
I watch as they rain dirt down upon me,
Its the last tears ever shed for me;
Left all alone under some grey stone,
Where the dark will forever haunt me.
