The Dance of Anger

The Dance of Anger…

A weary waltz, 
on a sheenless floor.
Offbeat music
gyrates an endless cycle.
On two, accent anxiety’s weakness     
Syncopated rhythms erupt.   
Love songs 
are a miss.                                
Vinyl scratched,
for a touch
a large charge
or a bit of blood.*  
Choreographed to move timely and allay tears. 
Uncrazy!
Dance to a different drum.

The heater skelter nature that follows reflects that for me. Nothing really works well until we can express our hurt in a positive way and move on. The way you have portrayed this with dance has me moving my body around to see how I feel and to shake loose anything unwanted! TY!!! More blood rush of anger -where the beginning is the end, and the end is the beginning. No moshing required, no snake pit either, just a fresh drum circle. Yalto is 15 lines, 3 words, 4 words, 2 words 4,5,3 etc. Sometimes I need constricting forms as a new challenge. Thank you for your delightful review! Cheers

The reference to Sylvia's metaphor for 'blood' is anger, I think I did it correctly, adding the *asterisk next to the line. Yalto, I know you are familiar with it, you've done many of Ed's form. Not sure if I got the- and a one and a two-on two thing across, with minimum words, but it was my choice of form. Thank you.
