The Daily Report 033020111158pm

Time. It does whatever it wants to do,
Having the authority to do so.
Eastern standard time tells you when to go
Do what you have to do, within your view.
Another tick of the clock brings a new
Incident, that the news wants you to know.
Leaves, time, and the wind are three things that blow
Yearly, as, yearly, these three things stay true.
Reflect on the day. Reflect on the night.
Evenings introduced them both to time.
Progression takes the day from dim to bright,
Occupying those minutes that were prime.
Reality combined both time and sight,
To influence this poet and his rhyme.
