The Crowds Wept With You
The memory is clear:
you lit New York City
with just a single tear
and the crowds wept with you
as did the world ~ i slept
late and missed it all
but the tweets and MSM
fell for you & me: Hair.
Teeth. Lips and tongue are
silently slip'in into dusty
newness |tears for our
obsolete smiles\Before cosmic
industry laid my bones &
flesh i have thought of you
somewhat too + scientific
wizardry began the gradual
stir of a forgotten muscle,
and you Screamed: "AWAKEN!
AWAKEN! You beast of half-
breed!"
(a focal point for hatred
right?)
But we forgive, we
forgive those diseased with
HYSTERICAL FRIGHT
an enigma squirming within
humanity's MIND!
