The cross
Thank You for the cross, thank You for the cross.
It is the cross that gives me strength and power to face each day.
It is the cross that provides the blood to wash my sins away.
It is the cross that shows the path to walk the holy way.
It is the cross that brings us hope of tomorrow's blissful land.
It is the cross that brings the grace of salvation You grant to everyone.
It is the cross that makes me trust in You, my friend and Saviour.
It is the cross that bears my sins and gives access to eternal life.
So thank You, Jesus, for the cross, it will never lose its power.
