The Courage Of A Poet Oh, I admire so, any poet who is willing to be real! This is my personal, on-going, endless longing! A poet soul unafraid to swim against the current! To stop hiding behind a costume of image-filled words. and fly in the face of popularity! A poet who is an eagle that soars,high, high, high Above the poet crowd and realizes fully that~ A poet's heart means so much more! Hello, Miss Darlene, you make a good point. And Not all poets are Christians. We have atheists here, Buddhists, Jewish poets and Islamic poets also. The depth of heart varies with each Poem. Some move me, some are just a collection of words on paper. Not all Poery is great. Some of mine are, some don't deserve that word. I don't think I am a super human because I write a Poem. I don't even know if I am worthy to be called a poet! I do mean that! I do have humility. Panagiotaxxxooo

I agree with Jennifer... we're all brothers and sisters in Christ and share a love of the written word - those words might be fact or fiction, truth or merely a inkling of a idea... whatever we write, the alphabet is our tool and the words our field or playground. Together, we make up a world of intriguing and interesting and intimate and intense and insightful and inspirational poets and give rhyme and reason to the poems we reveal through our vast array of thoughts.
