The condo Kookaburra's

Every thing was fine. No one complained, and then one fated day the Kooka burra's came.. People who never learned to keep in their own lane. They never read our regs., which is very plain, at first they claimed one half the parking in their own name.. Mr. Kook's crochety, petty, and a bully. Mrs. Kook's gossipy and engages in tom foolery.. The kooka burra's are nesting here in our condo tree, taking over as if they were the only owner family. "Stop Kooka burra's" "Stop Kooka burra's" Start consulting the other three!!

Nancy, your poem is truly captivating as it delves into the theme of unwelcome neighbors disturbing the peace and tranquility of a community. Specifically, it explores the disruptive presence of the Kookaburras, portrayed as intrusive individuals who bring chaos to a once harmonious environment.

Dear Sotto, Nice to hear from you. I would recommend not buying a condo, as you have no control over who might move in. I lived a single family home for forty years and a town home and condos can be if ee..

Hi Silent One, I thought it was funny and it got rid of my left over angst after 2 years. f.y.i. Mr. Kook's wouldn't come to the door when my girlfriend accidentally locked us out and also punched holes in my trash bag when I briefly went to get pain meds. and couldn't hardly walk. We are all at different levels of sensitivity and humanity. LOL
