The Coming of the Light

The Castle never did give up the fight
Stones cracked,
timbers fell.........
The battles fought..........
The Wraiths' stinking hell
Courage never lacked......
New ways sought,
to stop the onslaught

On the battlements......
The final phase.......
The Wraiths did commence.......
The deepest ,darkest days

The Faeries rushed to the Great Hall.......
For they knew...........
This time they would not be alone,
in deepest,darkest night
The Heartstone.........
Will save them all........
The Coming of the Light

On the North Wall...........
Radiating gem fire.......
what it had to do.....
to protect all

the Faeries bore it to the Castle wall,
where Wraiths were screeching and wailing.
A hush descended to the ground.......
The Heartstone began to glow
with a fierce blinding light....
Stopping the wraith sound

It pierced the Dark Ones,
with the light of a thousand suns
The Wraiths,wailing and screeching,
for ever reaching
Down they fell..........
In to their own stinking hell

The light ,touched all
Enveloping Castle Heartstone
The love showing through
The darkest night,
replaced by the brightest day
This was the Wise Way
You are not alone,
for the Light is with you too
