The Cold Season
The Cold Season
As the sun moves further away the days are shorter
the nights are longer and much colder.
A sure sign that daylight savings time is over.
The waving of the trees, the sound of the ruffling leaves
falling one by one in the breeze.
It's covering summer with a mothers love.
It's natures warm blanket.
The end of one season and the starting of the next.
This is mother nature's way of balancing life
and recreating another, she is life's mother.
This is a sign of fall the most colorful season of all.
